Herrington Chiropractic and Dr. Brandon Herrington are located in the group practice Chiropractic Care of Hattiesburg.
Before your first visit we ask for you to complete our detailed intake form, which will then determine the basis of our discussion and guide us in how to help you best. This form is at the bottom of this page, just fill it out and please be as detailed as possible. After you finish the form, simply hit submit. If possible please complete the intake form at least one day before your appointment. The reason for this is that Dr. Herrington is very Thorough and he likes to review your paperwork and prepare in advance of your appointment.
On arrival to Herrington Chiropractic you will be welcomed into a warm and friendly environment. Ms. Debbie will be at the front desk to get you checked in. At this time we will get any insurance information that you have and we will verify your insurance coverage for you. If you do not have insurance, don't worry, a lot of our patients don't have insurance and we have great options for that. By doing this we can tell you what your coverage and cost are beforehand.
Next, a thorough consultation and physical examination will be performed, encompassing a detailed history, posture evaluation, range of motion, appropriate neurological/orthopedic tests and static and motion palpation. At its completion, if it is determined that you need X rays, then we will most certainly do that. Following the examination, Dr. Herrington will discuss your results and explain the best course of care for you. During this time Dr. Herrington will explain What is wrong, If he can help or if you need to be referred elsewhere, How long it will take, and how much it cost.
